CTAC Diversity and Inclusion Statement
Crooked Tree Arts Center respects, values, and advocates for diversity, equality, equity, and inclusion. Our goal is to ensure our programs reflect these values while fulfilling our mission of creating ways for people to connect, learn, and grow through the arts.
CTAC recognizes diversity as the differences that make groups and individuals unique, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, genetics, and economic backgrounds.
Diverse and inclusive programming does not exclude majority voices, but rather makes intentional space for diverse and minority voices as well. Through diverse perspectives, Crooked Tree Arts Center encourages conversations and the exchange of ideas in order to expand understanding, empathy, and growth.
